Psychological Statistics First Meeting Done

The class is on the last period, but despite that, I really enjoyed it. It feels like it refreshes my mind on the topics that we also took back in senior high school. We just started, of course, first on the basics, but even then, it already gave me a sense of familiarity and comfort. It’s nice to realize that some concepts still stick with me, and I’m excited to build on them with new lessons. 

This subject is really important, especially since understanding statistics will help me interpret data, analyze trends, and make better decisions when working with people in the future. I think this subject will challenge me in a good way, and hopefully, it can also sharpen my analytical skills for the career path I’m aiming for.

BHumServ Series of Orientation

     T hese past three weeks of orientation have been eye-opening for me as a new Human Services student. Each session brought valuable insights that helped me understand the journey I'm embarking on. In our first session with Ma'am Jen and Ma'am Caren, I learned about how our program evolved from being Bachelor of Arts in Guidance Counseling to what is now known as Bachelor in Human Services. It was fascinating to discover the program's history and understand the competencies we'll develop.
