CAS STUDENT COUNCIL FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY


I just got home from our CAS Assembly today, and I must say, I really need to start adjusting again school will be back in just a few weeks, and everything is slowly starting to feel real. Attending the assembly reminded me how good it feels to be back at ISAT after such a long and refreshing break. It felt comforting to see familiar faces again and be surrounded by the energy of a new academic year. I genuinely appreciated the effort of the CAS Student Council as they discussed their planned programs and projects for the semester. Seeing their dedication made me feel relieved and more hopeful, and I’m truly rooting for their success in all the things they’ve prepared for us.

BHumServ Series of Orientation

     T hese past three weeks of orientation have been eye-opening for me as a new Human Services student. Each session brought valuable insights that helped me understand the journey I'm embarking on. In our first session with Ma'am Jen and Ma'am Caren, I learned about how our program evolved from being Bachelor of Arts in Guidance Counseling to what is now known as Bachelor in Human Services. It was fascinating to discover the program's history and understand the competencies we'll develop. This session made me realize that I'm part of something bigger a field that's constantly growing and adapting to better serve people's needs.
